Derrick Lewis (born February 7, 1985) is an American professional mixed martial artist who competes in the heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Nicknamed "The Black Beast," Lewis is known for his powerful striking and knockout abilities.

Lewis made his UFC debut in 2014 and quickly rose through the ranks with impressive victories over Travis Browne and Shamil Abdurakhimov. In 2018, he challenged Daniel Cormier for the UFC Heavyweight Championship but lost via submission in the second round.
